Summer time has officially arrived and if you are living in a tropical country like here in the Philippines, you're pretty much accustomed to the scorching heat especially during this time of the year. I think it's especially hard for us oily-skinned girls to maintain our makeup during this time and it's probably best not to wear any at all but I'm here to give you a couple of tips in achieving an oil-free face this summer regardless if you prefer to go bare-faced or not.

Review | Banila Co. Clean it Zero Cleansing Balm

I'm pretty sure you've already heard of Banila Co.'s Clean it Zero but in case you haven't, it is a cleansing balm for removing your makeup. This product has gained a lot of hype and since I finished up my huge bottle of Shu Uemura cleansing oil, I decided to bust this baby out of my drawer and finally use it. Since Shu Uemura's cleansing oils are my absolute favorite, I couldn't help but compare. For some reason, I thought the tub would be bigger but it only comes with 100ml product so I'm expecting to go through it quite quickly. So is it really worth the hype? Here's the breakdown:

Haul | Althea Vitamin Box

I got the vitamin box, which is sadly one of their limited edition box sets but I think some of the items can be bought individually at their website. I have been using the Naruko Raw Job's Tears Supercritical CO2 Pore Minimizing & Brightening Essence for two months now so I thought I could give you a more in-depth review. My Top 5 Masks and Scrubs | Budget and High-end

I don't know about you but I love using a mask or a scrub every week in addition to my everyday skin care routine. They are the type of products that are fun to apply and at the same time, they make you feel like you are taking good care of your skin. The products you see above are my top 5 masks and scrubs that I use weekly on rotation depending on how my skin is feeling at that time. I know it might seem a little bit extra but I just really love using these! (I couldn't think of another excuse lol 😄)
