Review | Naruko Raw Job's Tears Supercritical CO2 Pore Minimizing & Brightening Essence (Drugstore)
I have been using the Naruko Raw Job's Tears Supercritical CO2 Pore Minimizing & Brightening Essence for two months now so I thought I could give you a more in-depth review. I already mentioned it in my Skincare Basics and routine post, check it out if you haven't seen it but I use this product twice everyday without fail and spoiler alert, I love it! It comes with 30ml product and I'm already halfway through the bottle. Continue reading if you want to know more.
Just to give you a little background on the brand, Naruko is an affordable Taiwanese brand created by Niuer who is apparently quite popular in the beauty industry in Taiwan and China specifically. From what I've read about him, he seems to be quite the expert in ingredients and is very passionate about beauty and has already written a lot of books as well. I'm also quite pleased to know that he is hands on and is very strict on quality control which gives me an impression that they put a lot of time, research, and tests on their products. Another great thing about the brand is that they use eco-friendly packaging which is something I appreciate, I think it's awesome when brands also take other things into consideration other than profit. I've already heard about this brand before so I was very happy when I found out that it's locally available here in the Philippines. My favorite sheet masks are also from Naruko which I already did a review on my top 5 masks and scrubs post.

Here are a couple of photos of my skin (I'm sorry I don't have before photos):

Here's the rundown:
What it is: It is an essence/serum part of the Raw Job's Tears series for pore minimizing and brightening
Claims: Pore minimizing, brightening, smooth and translucent skin
Skin Type: All skin types, especially for those concerned with uneven skin and visible pores
How to use: I use it after my toner and before moisturizer twice a day. I apply one pump which is good for the whole face.
Price & Availability: I bought mine for ₱895.50 on their website plus ₱70 shipping fee and I got a night gelly as a freebie. It's also available in Watson's!
Pros: locally available, affordable, lives up to its claims, uses all natural ingredients, good for sensitive skin, fast shipping
Cons: size-the only thing I wish is for it to be available in a bigger bottle!
So there you go, I've been really loving this product and I recommend it to those who are concerned with large pores, uneven skin tone, and dull skin. I think Naruko is such an underrated and inexpensive drugstore brand and I suggest you check it out if you're just starting out with skincare and don't want to spend a fortune. This product is such a value for money and I love discovering products like this. I hope you enjoyed this review! Let me know if you want to see more inexpensive or high end skincare product features, I'd gladly do them. Until next time! 💋
