I have been using the Naruko Raw Job's Tears Supercritical CO2 Pore Minimizing & Brightening Essence for two months now so I thought I could give you a more in-depth review. Just to give you a little background on the brand, Naruko is an affordable Taiwanese brand created by Niuer who is apparently quite popular in the beauty industry in Taiwan and China specifically. From what I've read about him, he seems to be quite the expert in ingredients and is very passionate about beauty and has already written a lot of books as well. I'm also quite pleased to know that he is hands on and is very strict on quality control which gives me an impression that they put a lot of time, research, and tests on their products. Another great thing about the brand is that they use eco-friendly packaging which is something I appreciate, I think it's awesome when brands also take other things into consideration other than profit. I've already heard about this brand before so I was very happy when I found out that it's locally available here in the Philippines. Naruko Raw Job's Tears Supercritical CO2 Pore Minimizing & Brightening Essence

Moving on to the actual product, the Naruko Raw Job's Tears Supercritical CO2 Pore Minimizing & Brightening Essence is a serum that uses the main ingredient Raw Job's Tears, a type of seed that is grown in Tsaotun,Taiwan and is said to give whitening, hydrating, anti-aging, repairing and soothing effects. I could go on about the other ingredients but that would be too long and boring. What I will tell you is that the ingredients are all natural and good for your skin. Initially, I was afraid since I got red itchy spots on my face (no bumps) the first time I applied it but it quickly went away and didn't cause me any breakouts. I figured it was normal since I have sensitive skin. The main things I've noticed after using this for two months is that the size of my pores have been visibly reduced and my skin did become brighter and more translucent. The texture is very lightweight and not sticky at all plus it's easily and quickly absorbed by my skin. I have an oily skin type so I really prefer my skincare to feel lightweight but I believe a lot of girls(and guys) with dry skin can definitely use this serum and love it too. It has Hyaluronic acid which is good for moisturization so it will also help those who are concerned with dryness. I honestly can't think of a significant thing that I don't like about this product and I'm already planning on repurchasing when I run out.

As you can see, my pores are still quite visible in the second photo but they have been reduced since I've started using this product. I can't wait to see even more results after continued use.

Cons: size-the only thing I wish is for it to be available in a bigger bottle!

So there you go, I've been really loving this product and I recommend it to those who are concerned with large pores, uneven skin tone, and dull skin. I think Naruko is such an underrated and inexpensive drugstore brand and I suggest you check it out if you're just starting out with skincare and don't want to spend a fortune.
